Michyl recently communicated to me her workout regimen and I gave her a few pointers to get the most out of her plus size workout.
I have been working out a lot lately. Watching what I eat which is mostly salads with protein and hardly any dressing! What would you recommend for me to tone up but not with a super muscular build. My legs are pretty toned but I would like to lose the inner part of the thigh!
I take hip hop cardio,treadmill, elliptical, bicycle, etc! Any suggestions would be helpful! I workout 3-4 days a week and now I’m down between a size 12-14 and would like to be a solid 10 or 12 for my frame!

One thing you have to understand is that you’re not going to get so muscular with weights unless you’re doing hardcore lifting super heavy and eating alot. We as women just don’t have the testosterone levels.
You definitely need to do some resistance/strength training to keep tight and firm. I recommend doing circuits incorporating squats, lunges, abdominal exercises, etc. I don’t recommend strength training machines if you want results.
