I real had no idea there was a zumba diet plan as well. This really interests me as I have previously been an avid zumba attendee and have fell off but am getting back on track with both land zumba and aqua zumba. If this something doable then i’d be willing to try it out.

I love Zumba and started it 8 years ago when I had my first child. I lost 75lbs on it with a combo of walking and jogging. I made changes to my diet just making sure that I ate correct portions and I have to say I was pleased with the results. Now I am back on it again to lose the weight I gained with my second child and I will say YES you can lose weight with Zumba if you are committed to losing weight and your eating style.
