What’s the best way for a flatter tummy? I just love this question because it seems everyone even my fellow Curvy Goddesses want a body with a flatter and stronger stomach.

Let me try to answer simply although the quest seems so very complicated to most of us.

There are two things you need to do, Curvy Goddess — start your plus size workout and eat healthy.

Simple. Correct? Not really rocket science, but necessary for a flatter tummy.

So what does eating healthy entail?

So instead of focusing on calories let’s focus on the quality of foods consumed. Skip the processed package junk and go for the whole foods. Also avoid sugar and the white carbs; white potatoes, bread, white rice, and pasta.

Focus on protein and consume veggies and some fruit for your carbs.

This will give you more energy which will make your plus size workout more effective for a flatter tummy.

Drink lots of water. This is imperative for fat loss. Try to drink three to four liters a day, and you should see some dramatic progress with your fat loss goals.

What if you get hungry late late at night?

Eat some protein and a little bit of fruit. This is not going to add much body fat.

What are the best exercises?

Strength training along with core workouts are the most effective. Yes, even more so than cardio, walking or running on the treadmill.

How often should you go through a plus size workout for a flatter tummy?

For a flatter tummy try and exercise at least 3-5 times a week, and ultimately work your up to 6 a week. This raises the metabolism and burns fat the quickest.
