Foods for a Flatter Tummy
What are the best foods to eat to help burn fat for a flatter tummy? There are a few foods on this list.

It should be obvious to most of us, Curvy Goddess, that a plus size workout program is crucial in reducing body fat but diet is just as vital for a flatter tummy.

The following are a few basics to implement in your flatter tummy program:

Eat smaller portions, frequently.

This might be the most important point of all. Many find that eating 4-6 times a day speeds up the metabolism, which is critical for dropping fat; on your way to a flatter tummy. Aim for smaller meals throughout the day rather than two or three large meals.

Eat carbs, protein, and fat at each meal.

This is very important, because your body needs all three nutrients to survive. Without doing so your body will detect that a nutrient deficiency that may cause you to overeat trying to fill the deficiency. A flatter tummy will definitely not be in your near future if this occurs.

But not all nutrients are equal.

The protein, carbs and fat you get from processed foods is far inferior to the nutrients you get from whole foods. In general, try and get the vast majority of your nutrition from whole foods.

So what are the best whole foods? Here are five of the top whole foods to consume on your way to a flatter tummy:

#1) Lean Organic Meat and Wild Fish

I don’t know about you but I find that many vegetarians aren’t lean and healthy. Incorporating some antibiotic, toxin-free fish and meat will easily give you the protein requirements for a leaner body and flatter tummy.

#2) Oatmeal

This makes for an excellent breakfast because it’s filling and has plenty of healthy carbs. But avoid anything that’s been processed or sweetened. If you want more flavour, consider adding oragnic pesticide-free strawberries or blueberries on top.

#3) Raw Nuts

Go for the unsalted and raw nuts. My favorite are These are incredibly healthy sources of fat. Most people are dead set against this nutrient, but you need a certain amount to survive. Also they have tons of protein.

#4) Fruits and vegetables

Eating a wide variety of fruits and leafy green fibrous veggies will help turn the bulging tummy into a flatter tummy.

Be creative with your fruit and vegetables. If you’re having a creative mental block, look at visual vegetable and fruit recipes for inspiration for that flatter tummy.

#5) Beans

Beans have low amounts of calories, plenty of protein and are very filling. In other words, they are ideal for fat loss. But again, make sure they have not been processed.

So if you’re determined on getting a flatter tummy combining natural whole foods with a sound plus size exercise routine are the ways to burn fat extremely fast. Get started today, stay focused, and you should see serious results in 1-3 months.

  1. Ha Ha you have inspired me after my holiday blow out to make healthy choices and get back to the gym. With Christmas Parties looming and all those gorgeous dresses around I wanna be looking my best 🙂

  2. I have shed quite a lot of my flab but am unable to get rid of that tiny paunch. My dietitian suggests liposuction though I am not keen to go in for a surgical procedure.
I eat small meals, lots of fruits and veggies, exercise lightly 5 days a week and do not have any meat at all.
That stubborn paunch refuses to go away. Can you suggest me a good workout?

  3. Hi would you mind stating which blog platform you’re working with?
I’m looking to start my own blog in the near future but I’m
having a tough time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most
blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S My apologies for being off-topic but I had to ask!
