Instead of looking at the BIG picture all the time and how much you have to lose, break your safe weight loss plan project into little bite size chunks.
One of my clients does this and shares with me weekly, what her plans are for the following week. We talk about what challenges she foresees that week and we create an action plan.
It’s easier to deal with the week than trying to wrap your head around 30, 40, 60, 80, or even 100 pounds of weight to lose.
My client has lost 40 pounds on her safe weight loss plan with this strategy!
Instead of thinking ‘diet’ or ‘deprivation’, start thinking ‘healthy’. Focus on the sensual taste of a peach or pomegranate and the colorful visual of a healthy salad. Those are the thoughts that can make your safe weight loss plan a little more enjoyable.

I will have a small soup and if my salad is not my main course I will have a salad also before I start eating my main course.
I find that I will be satisfied if I incorporate this into my safe weight loss plan. Adding the soup and salad will also tack on another 15 minutes to my meal time, so I’ll feel a little full already going into my main entree.
Chuck the sugary drinks from your safe weight loss plan, Miss Thang! If you can’t pass on the alcohol enjoy something that you can savor over a meal or with friends.
Shots and sugary drinks are a no-no when it comes to being a juicy-luscious healthy Curvy Goddess.
Water is your friend. Sliced limes and lemons or even add cucumbers to your chilled water. Refreshing!
I know. I know. I’ve touched on a very common issue. Most of us when we’re on a weight loss program we will get on that scale daily and sometimes more than once a day.
Here are a couple of considerations to stop the weight obsession. Consider getting your body fat taken or your circumference measurements taken by a personal trainer. It’s a lot more accurate if you want to find out what your progress is on your safe weight loss plan.
Also consider throwing your scale away. If that number on the scale makes you feel worthless and not beautiful, you really need to destroy those thoughts. Scale in garbage would be my plan.

If you want to lose some weight, it is not necessary to take natural weight loss pills and supplements. The ugly side effect from taking weight loss pills may outweigh the benefit. The whole idea of a successful weight loss program is to approach it in a realistic manner without compromising your overall health.
Your body won’t release fat stores if you lower calories below what it needs and increase exercise. It will slow your metabolism to compensate and store every spare ounce as fat.
It’s hardly ever a good idea to go so low with calories just because you need energy to workout too for weight loss and to tone and firm.

It is really hard but ..believe it or not…it gets easier. I decided not to eat junk food anymore too. It was really hard for about a week cause my body is craving it. It’s best to stay as far away from that kind of food when you’re going through this stage.
The weight loss program must prove to be effective in the short and long-term, without need to endure starvation and without any daily athletic workout. (But taking a light exercise every few days is highly recommended).
Avoiding sugary drinks as you mention is something that every dieter should do. In case someone wants to consume alcohol I would advise for one or two glasses of red wine which can have a good effect to someone’s health if he doesn’t over-do it. I personally drink only wine and in a few cases some beer and avoid every other alcohol drink.
