  1. I started low carb about a month ago now and boy was it tough at the start. Getting easier now and the motivation of seeing that I am losing weight has helped keep me straight.
    I have to lose about 5 stones for my health’s sake. I had a heart attack aged 49 and could be heading that way again. I have a long road ahead of me but I will return here and follow you on facebook to keep the motivation flowing.
