. I dislike feeling sluggish from eating too much food and then having to workout.

  1. I have to agree with having a strong motivation to exercise and lose weight. I do Zumba and also walk an for an hour a couple of times a week. I enjoy the outdoor exercise more and it takes more motivation to walk when it starts getting cold outside.

  3. I do cardio 5 days a week (with Sundays & Mondays off to rest from working out). Along with Yoga, ab work, and weight training first, then I do the cardio and I feel great.

    My cardio is a basic fitness-aerobic walking (2-6 miles). I love walking the best, because I can go so much longer and farther with it. And I can change my pace if I’m feeling fatigued or energetic. I just love the simplicity of walking.
