  1. Hi Diane,

  2. Great advice! Using free weights, on your feet, is the best.
Squats and deadlifts, but watch your form.
and if you can find a trapbar to deadlift with… it’s easy, the form is basic and anyone can use it for a great basic lift.

  3. Once I started doing free weights, I saw a dramatic change in my body, everything was tighter and I could see more definition than ever before. Thanks for the great tips, love your body positive blog!

  4. Hi Dianne! These are all great tips. It is also important to have good support system from friends and relatives so each step of the way becomes bearable. Cheers!

  5. This is so inspiring thank you so much for this blog πŸ™‚

I actually stumbled upon it while trying to find a good workout program for someone who is a little overweight like myself. Do you or anybody here have any experience with BodyBoss Method workout guide? I found both positive and negative reviews like the one here https://definingweightloss.com/bodyboss-method-review/ but I am considering trying it. It doesn’t seem super repetitive and it pretty much follows all the rules with what you say in your post.

If anybody can shed some light on the program for me I would be greatly appreciative!

  6. It is important to have a variation in exercising. In my case, I do weight lifting, dancing, and some cardio. I also watch my diet and live a healthy lifestyle. Thanks for this.

  7. Hi, Dianne. I am a plus-size teen and I am dying to lose weight now. I stopped drinking coffee, tea, wine, beer, juice, and chocolate drinks. I am ‘trying’ to minimize carbs and I dance every day to lose weight. I hope I can sustain until I lose my desired weight. Thanks for this!

Have your say, Curvy Goddess. Leave a comment! :)
